How to Make Peri Peri Mayo

Ingredients:

• 100 g Water
• 400 g Mayonnaise
• 50 g Peri Peri Mayo Premix

Preparation:

1. Take 100 g water in a clean bowl.
2. Add 50 g Peri Peri Mayo Premix and mix well.
3. Add 400 g mayonnaise.
4. Mix thoroughly until smooth and uniform.
5. Your Peri Peri Mayo is ready to use.

Yield

1 kg Peri Peri Mayo Premix + 8 kg Mayonnaise + 2 kg Water = approximately 11 kg ready-to-use Peri Peri Mayo.
